According to research, West Africans have the most ideal physical structure and body composition to be the fastest sprinters in the world. O3 ATHLETICS therefore organizes grassrroots athletics competitions in six (6) West African countries: Nigeria, Benin Republic, Togo, Ghana, Sierra Leone and The Gambia, to discover potentials and expose them early to international competitions. Exceptional athletes get full scholarship to further their education in foreign universities, while continuing their development by training in functional facilities. These athletes would be groomed to become World and Olympics athletics champioms in the nearest future.
High Schools officials in West Africa and grassroots coaches can click the buttons above,to have us assess their athletes. Athletics Clubs in Europe and Asia can also click the designated button to register interest in athletes participating in a particular discipline.
what we do
We organize grassroots and high-school competitions to identify hidden talents. We organize the annual West African Secondary Schools Athletics Championship for secondary schools across West Africa and the Time U-19 Time Trial for grassroots athletes.
Project 2028+ is an eight (8) year plan designed to make West Africa the powerhouse of world athletics. We unearth young talents, hone their skills and expose them to international training facilities, through our scholarship program.
We provide athletics-related services to international athletics organizations/ institutions, individual West African countries and secondary schools in Nigeria. We also lay standard 9-lane tartan tracks as required.
Subscribe to the monthly O3 Neswletter for updates on our football programs, athletics, fitness and more.
